Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Account balance: You may place Bets only when you have sufficient cleared funds in your Account or available Bonus Funds, subject to applicable Bonus conditions. Bets exceeding your available balance will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the Game interface. The Operator may adjust these limits or set overall Account-level limits at its sole discretion.
- Game rules: The rules, payout tables and specific terms for each Game are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By participating in any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules as displayed in the Game client.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your Game or transaction history. Once accepted, a Bet normally cannot be cancelled or modified by you.
- Game outcome: Game results are determined by random number generators or other certified mechanisms supplied by the Operator and/or its software providers. The outcome displayed on the Operator's servers shall be final and binding.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors (palpable errors): In the event of an obvious error in odds, payouts or Game functioning that is apparent to a reasonable Player, the Operator may:
- Void the affected Bets and refund the original stake; or
- Correct the error and settle Bets at the correct odds or rules.
- Malfunctions: If a Game or its underlying system malfunctions or becomes corrupted, all affected Bets may be voided. Balances will revert to the state prior to the malfunction, and any winnings resulting directly from the malfunction may be cancelled.
- Disconnections and interruptions: If your connection is interrupted during a Game:
- The most recent Game state recorded on the Operator's servers will apply;
- Completed Bets will remain valid and their results available upon reconnection;
- Unresolved rounds will be settled according to the Game rules or may be voided if settlement is impossible.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Multiplayer Environments

- Collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use any external assistance tools, bots, scripts or automated systems;

- Chat moderation: The Operator may monitor and moderate chats and live interactions. It may mute, restrict or terminate chat access or Account access for breaches of these rules, without obligation to give prior notice.
- Responsible gambling: You agree to play within your means and to use any responsible-gambling tools available on the Website (such as self-exclusion, deposit limits or cooling-off periods, if provided) to help manage your gambling behaviour.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Promotional nature: All Bonuses offered on lincoln-au.com in relation to Lincoln Casino are discretionary, promotional benefits. The Operator may introduce, amend or withdraw Bonuses or promotions at any time.
- Bonus-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, Bonus amounts, maximum winnings, Wagering Requirements, restricted Games and expiry dates. In case of conflict, the Bonus-specific terms prevail over general Bonus Terms.
- Eligibility limitations: The Operator may:
- Restrict promotions to certain countries, currencies or player segments;
- Limit particular offers to new Players or existing Players only;
- Exclude Players suspected of Bonus abuse or irregular play.
Activation, Wagering and Timeframes
- Activation: A Bonus may require:
- Entry of a Bonus code during deposit or in the cashier;
- Opt-in via the promotions page;
- Acceptance of specific promotional conditions in your Account interface.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise:
- Deposit Bonuses and free chip Bonuses generally carry Wagering Requirements expressed as a multiple (for example, 20x - 60x) of the Bonus amount, deposit amount or both;
- Free spins winnings usually carry Wagering Requirements based on the winnings amount credited as Bonus Funds;
- Only real-money wagers placed after Bonus activation count towards Wagering Requirements, and not all Games contribute equally (see "Prohibited and restricted Games" below).
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the period specified in the relevant promotional terms (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting). Unused Bonuses and any pending Bonus winnings may be removed after expiry.
- Maximum bet with Bonus Funds: The Operator may impose a maximum allowed bet per spin/round while a Bonus is active (for example, a fixed monetary cap or a percentage of the Bonus amount). Exceeding this limit can result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Prohibited Games, Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Restricted Games: Certain Games or categories (including, but not limited to, some table games, progressive jackpots or low-risk strategies) may be excluded from Bonus play or contribute at a reduced rate (for example, slots 100%, roulette 10%, blackjack 10%, etc.). The Operator may update the contribution table from time to time.
- Prohibited play patterns: The following behaviours are considered Bonus abuse and may lead to cancellation of Bonuses and winnings and potential Account closure:
- Low-risk betting strategies aimed solely at meeting Wagering Requirements with minimal risk;
- Placing large bets with Bonus Funds followed by significantly reduced bets after large wins;
- Delaying the outcome of a Game round (e.g., free spins or bonus features) initiated with Bonus Funds to a time after Wagering Requirements are met or the Bonus has expired;
- Using multiple Accounts or acting in collusion to exploit promotions.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted:
- Only one active Bonus may be held at a time;
- Bonuses cannot generally be stacked or combined across deposits;
- Participation in a new promotion may require completion, forfeiture or expiry of any existing Bonus.
- Right to withhold or adjust: The Operator reserves the right to:
- Refuse, withhold or withdraw any Bonus or promotion from any Player or group of Players;
- Adjust account balances where Bonuses have been credited, calculated or applied incorrectly;
- Deduct any Bonus and associated winnings if Bonus abuse is identified.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment Methods: The Website supports various Payment Methods, which may include:
- Debit and credit cards (subject to issuer and network rules);
- E-wallets and online payment systems;
- Bank transfers or vouchers;
- Cryptocurrencies, if and when enabled.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the chosen Payment Method and may be displayed in the cashier. The Operator may impose or adjust limits at its discretion. Third-party payment providers or banks may charge additional fees, which are your responsibility.
- Funding source: You must use Payment Methods that are in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may reject deposits made via third-party or anonymous accounts.
- Currency and exchange: Deposits are processed in the currency selected in your Account where supported. If a conversion is required, it will be performed at the prevailing rate used by the Operator or payment provider, and you bear any exchange-related costs.
Withdrawals
- General conditions: Withdrawals are subject to:
- Successful completion of any applicable KYC procedures;
- Fulfilment of Wagering Requirements on Bonuses, where applicable;
- Compliance with these Terms, including fraud and risk checks.
- Withdrawal methods: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods, taking into account security and regulatory considerations.
- Limits and processing times:
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month may apply, depending on your status and chosen Payment Method;
- The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24 - 72 hours), excluding any additional time required by payment providers or for KYC checks;
- Delays may occur due to verification, public holidays, provider outages or other factors outside the Operator's control.
- Pending withdrawals: The Operator may allow you to cancel a pending withdrawal before processing. If cancelled, the funds will return to your playable balance, and any subsequent losses will not be refundable.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Reversals
- No obligation to refund: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. The Operator is under no obligation to accept requests for refunds of validly placed Bets or losses, except where required by applicable law.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reversal of deposits:
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- Any winnings or Bonuses derived from the disputed transactions may be voided;
- The Operator may pursue recovery of outstanding amounts or damages.
- Bonus-related funds: If a Bonus is cancelled (for example, due to breach of Bonus Terms), the Operator may deduct the Bonus amount and any Bonus-derived winnings from your balance prior to completing withdrawals, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness of Games: The Operator aims to provide Games that operate fairly and in accordance with their published rules. Random number generators and software are supplied and maintained to industry standards; however, as the Operator is not regulated in Australia, no AU regulator has certified such systems.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information displayed on the Website, including Game rules, payout tables and account balances, is accurate. In the event of discrepancies, the data recorded on the Operator's servers will prevail.
- Service availability: The Operator seeks to maintain the availability and security of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Exclusions and Limitations

- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, expected winnings or data;
- Any indirect, consequential or special damages, even if foreseen or informed of the possibility.
- Maximum liability: Without limiting other provisions, where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet, Game or transaction, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed:
- The amount of the stake on the Bet in question; or
- The amount actually and demonstrably lost by you on the Game session directly related to the claim, whichever is lower.
- Australian law considerations: Certain consumer rights and guarantees may not be excluded under Australian law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory AU legislation. To the extent that any exclusion or limitation in these Terms is inconsistent with such rights, it shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining Terms.
